Terms and Conditions:

Art Contest

This competition is operated by Vtuber Expo Ltd., a limited by guarantee company incorporated in England and Wales with the company number of 15084335.

  1. How to Participate
    1. All Participants must enter through the submission Form hosted on our website.
    2. All Entries must include name and email address. Details regarding prizes for winners will be collected after the competition. In addition we may keep your personal information internally on our systems if we wish to reach out in official capacity. All entrants are free to email Vtuber Expo Ltd. if they wish not to be kept on the system.
    3. The winners will be displayed on our social media and webpage. We will include their handle name, social media, and publish the artwork drawn. If you do not want said information, please contact Vtuber Expo Ltd.
    4. Entries that fail to comply with these terms and conditions will be diqualified.
    5. Entry is free, the competition is open to everyone above the age of 18 in all locations.
    6. Entrants may submit only one entry to the competition. If for any reason, an entrant submits more than one, we will select the last submission for judging.
    7. By submitting you confirm that the entry is your own original work, created entirely by you alone without the help of a third party or AI.
  2. Deadline
    Entries must be submitted before the deadline of 23rd of March 23:59. Entries received after this time will be void and will not be entered into the competition.
  3. Announcement of the Winner
    Winners will be announced and posted to our page and social media on the 31st of March. Winners will receive a confirmation email just prior to the announcement. There will be a total of 3 winners.
  4. Prizes
    The prizes are as follows:
    • 1st place – 1x Small Artist Vendor Table or 2 Standard Weekend Tickets
    • 2nd place – 1 Standard Weekend Ticket
    • 3rd place – 1 Standard Day Ticket
      All winners will receive a goodie bag of VeXpo merch! (Collectable at the convention)!
  5. Tools of work
    Entries submitted must be drawn in 2D. Software can be used to support the artwork process when creating the piece. Tracing will not be allowed. Artist can use any technique they like as a part of their process. The use of AI text to image generation in any way is prohibited. Anyone suspected of using AI image generation will be disqualified.
  6. Original work
    Entries must be original, created solely by you and not based on any intellectual property that does not either belong solely to you. Submissions that fail to meet this criteria will be automatically disqualified. Your ideation must be clearly expressed in your application, this is so our judging team can do background checks.
  7. Judging
    The name of the judges will be displayed on our website and social media. Entries will be assessed by Vtuber Expo Ltd. staff and partners.
  8. Terms of Publicity
    The winning entrants grant Vtuber Expo Ltd . and the sponsors of VeXpo the right to use the winning materials in any media related to marketing VeXpo or related events. Correct credit for the entrant will be applied within all material related to the material made. The entrants retain the right to use the artwork as they see fit including personal promotion as long as it does not compete monetarily or defame Vtuber Expo Ltd. and their partners.
  9. Social media via publicity
    Entrants are encouraged to share their entry, and their progress on social media networks through out the competition with the tag #CollieCraft
  10. Disqualification
    Any image that is deemed to contain content that is considered inflammatory, inappropriate or offensive will be diqualified, this includes but is not limited to racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic or ableist. Interpretation of what is and is not appropriate is at the hands of Vtuber Expo Ltd. staff.
  11. Vtuber Expo Ltd. will not be responsible or liable for death, personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. We will not be legally responsible for losses that were not foreseeable to Vtuber Expo Ltd. or to the entrant at the time of the entry to the competition or which are caused by a third party. The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions, regardless of if you are a resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protection given to you by the laws of that country. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
