About Vtuber Expo Ltd.

VTuber Expo is a limited by guarantee company founded and run by fans, for fans! What that means is that VeXpo, by law, cannot take profits and must reinvest it back into the community and the event. Our aim is to foster the Vtuber community and make the European voice heard!


VeXpo has limited capacity. There are only a total of 1850 tickets available. When all tickets sell out, they are gone.

In an event that you paid for, please contact Eventim, our ticketing solutions partner. They handle all our ticketing systems.

All tickets and ticket sales are final and non-transferable.

VeXpo cannot give refunds for tickets unless an event outside of our control results in the cancellation of VeXpo.

Yes you can, if there are tickets still available to purchase. Please visit the box office or buy the tickets online.


The NEC operates between the hours of 6:00am – 4:00am.

VeXpo operating times are: 

Friday, August 9, 7:00pm – 10:30pm
Saturday, August 10,  09:45am – 10:15pm
Sunday, August 11, 09:45am – 5:00pm

All Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Children above the age of 12 must have a ticket.

Only support animals are allowed on the show floor. Please note there will be loud sounds and flashing lights throughout the show, please plan accordingly.

No outside food may be brought into the venue.

Canned drinks and bottled drinks are allowed to be consumed anywhere in the venue except in the maid cafe.

No alcohol is allowed to be consumed in the event premises.

Yes, however certain areas are restricted from photos such as the gallery. Please remain on the grounds of the NEC.

No, you are not allowed to do either. The NEC has designated smoking areas, please check the NEC maps for such areas.

Please abide by civil practices, rowdy attendees will be removed from VeXpo.

The NEC grounds plays host to many hotels and has their Resorts World which has many bars and restaurants as well as other things for entertainment!

Meet & Greet

No. If you enter a raffle without a ticket you will be removed from the draw and lose your chance at getting a meet and greet ticket.


Yes we do. We would need proof of disability in advance of the event so that we’re able to take note of the individual and their specific needs, as well as providing an additional pass for those with a carer upon proof given. We will be making an announcement for carer passes closer to the date.

You are allowed to bring Cosplay props. Please refer to the cosplay section in our rules for more information.

Please remember cosplay is to be fun for the entire community and conduct yourself appropriately. Harassment or acts that might jeopardise guests are not welcomed.
