Yes! We welcome any volunteer and encourage it as this is a great way to grow your experience! 

Of course! We accept all applications from the world. However you must be able to communicate in English and you are required to make your own travel arrangements. 

Yes but we can not guarantee you will be placed at the same positions or in the same area. 

We will either call or email you. 

We expect a minimum of 6 hours including lunch (provided by us). You can choose which day to work. 

Failing to attend will affect your volunteering status with VeXpo. Please make sure to forewarn us if you fail to turn up! 

No but you are required to attend the morning meetings of your chosen day. 

We can not guarantee that we can accommodate your request but please email angelobacc@vtuber-expo.org and we can investigate it. 

Yes! You will receive 1 hour for lunch. You are free to take toilet and smoke breaks if your shift leader covers for you!

Please inform your shift leader and coordinate with us to hand over your role. 

Yes you can, but the cosplay must follow convention guidelines. You are however required to wear a safety vest over your cosplay.
